Returns

You reserve the right to return all or part of your order within 14 calendar days of the date you received it.

In cases where you wish to return the product you have purchased, you must fill in the exact title and quantity of the product in the contact email, as well as the number of the order it concerns, and then one of our partners will contact you in order to give instructions about the procedure. We offer you free of charge for the first return of your order or part of it, as well as the shipping for re-shipment, regardless of the amount of your order and the payment method you have selected. In the event of a second return for the same order, the costs for the return and resend of the order should be covered by the customer.

Return Conditions:

The product has not been used and remains in its original condition (complete, undamaged, with its original packaging).
No more than 14 calendar days have passed since its receipt.
The product is accompanied by the original proof of purchase (Retail Receipt, invoice, Shipping Note-Invoice, etc.).
In the event of a return of products containing a promotional gift, the return of the gift is also necessary.

Before any return you must first contact us in order to record the details, otherwise, the return will not be accepted. In case of purchase or return from our physical store, a return or refund cannot be made remotely (via the e-shop) and the return or refund (credit) will be made exclusively from our physical store.

Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from purchasing any product within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day after the day you acquired physical possession of the products you purchased. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send us a clear statement by e-mail to info@idolehair.com, such as the sample withdrawal statement we provide.

Please note that the right of withdrawal can only be exercised for products that have been purchased and not for the gift card purchase service. The value of the gift vouchers (from the "Buy a Gift Voucher" option) is non-refundable so after it has been paid and sent by e-mail to the recipient, it will be immediately available. Therefore, by choosing to purchase a gift certificate, you expressly consent to the loss of the right of withdrawal by mandatorily selecting the box "I accept that the value of gift certificates is non-refundable".

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the purchase of products from our online store, you will be refunded the money of your purchase, excluding shipping costs and any bank transfer costs. The refund will be made to your card if you have paid by card, to PayPal if you have paid with PayPal, and to a bank account for all other payment methods. The refund will be made after the Company has received back the products in perfect condition and without them having been worn or used, without having removed the unique markings (labels, sealed packages if any), and if they are accompanied by all the necessary documents (e. .eg retail sales receipt). You must send back the products or hand them over to the Company without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day following the day on which you acquired physical possession of the products. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send back the products before the end of the 14-day period.
